This skilled and motivated individual will keep pushing this evolving energy industry forward by designingmechatronic battery lift systems, battery charge equipmentuser interfacing, Low voltage communicationprotocols,communication equipment,circuits to ensure user safety, signal conditioning, and much more. What You'll Do Take existing firmware/hardware from "it works on my bench" to "field techs in 50+ countriesdependon it daily."You'llown reliability, not just features Define system architecture, prototype fast, iterate faster, and drive full production releases Hardware bring-up,componentvalidation, and writing firmware that controls real power systems (ADC, PWM for battery management and power controls) Build EOL test fixtures, manufacturing procedures, and field tools thateliminatehuman error Travel to Gigafactories, commissioning sites, and containment events (10-15%) What You'll Bring 2-3+yearsreading and creating electrical schematics(PCBA + wiring harnesses)
  • know whatgoodPCB layout looks like and why it matters Take customer feedback, fixe the pain points, and enhanced the user experience.
Bonus:
document designs and write specs others can follow Fluent in hardware buses: CAN, Ethernet, RS-485, USB, SPI, I2C
  • ability todebug them all with a logic analyzer Knowledable in MOSFETs, op-amps, switchingregulators,and gate drivers Understand DSPs, microcontrollers, programmable logic
