Controls Engineer Fort Lauderdale, Florida $120,000 - $150,000 + Training + Progression + Premium Benefits Are you an Electrical or Controls Engineer with AutoCAD and PLC experience looking to join a growing automation business where you'll lead on a wide range of projects with progression opportunities? This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative engineering company designing custom automated equipment and control systems for a wide range of industrial customers. The business is investing heavily in its engineering team and offers genuine long-term progression for ambitious engineers looking to develop into technical leaders. In this role, you'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, producing electrical designs using AutoCAD, generating Bills of Materials, developing PLC and HMI software, and supporting commissioning of bespoke automation systems. You'll work alongside experienced controls specialists who will provide ongoing mentoring and technical training, allowing you to become an expert in advanced automation technologies including motion control and robotics. This role would suit an Electrical Engineer or Controls Engineer looking to accelerate their career within automation while working on technically challenging projects from concept through to completion.
