3+ years of experience integrating testing hardware and software in a production environment 3+ years of expert-level experience in controls and electrical systems 2+ years of experience analyzing CAN logs to diagnose machine issues and drive troubleshooting solutions 2+ years of experience with device connectivity, industrial networking, and security, including protocols such as

OPC, OPC

UA, MQTT, Modbus, and RFID Proven experience delivering new technology into production environments Strong communication skills with the ability to: Collaborate effectively with technical teams at an engineering level Communicate technical strategy and vision to leadership Ability to think creatively and develop innovative processes and solutions to complex problems Experience designing and building custom tooling and test stands Electrical and/or electronic engineering background Prior experience with Construction & Forestry vehicle systems
