Opportunity:

As the Electrical Engineering Intern, working with the Product Development and Product Quality teams, your specific responsibilities will include: Develop unique electromechanical solutions to solve product design challenges. Build prototypes for electrical drive trains, electronic modules, and other electromechanical assemblies to prove function and performance. Participate in product testing and brainstorming of prototypes to aid the design process. Support the Product Development Engineers and Designers by providing proof of concept prototypes, BOM s for electrical assemblies, and process maps. Build custom webapp s and dashboard tools by coding with the use of AI tools. Communicate with other engineers both in the U.S. and overseas through emails and conference calls.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a junior or senior, majoring in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Electromechanics. 3.0 GPA or higher. Experience with analog circuit design and testing, electromechanical sensors and actuators, motors and motor controls. Experience with integrated software development and proficiency with Arduino, Phython and C++. Experience coding with the support of AI tools to build dashboards and web applications. Experience with SolidWorks CAD modeling.
