Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Technical Specialist to lead and execute complex maintenance operations across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and industrial systems. Your expertise will drive the implementation of maintenance repair procedures, and uphold safety regulations. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate facilities maintenance activities, including mechanical systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, HVAC system repair, plumbing maintenance, and high/low voltage electrical work. Manage maintenance repair procedures using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders, track assets, and optimize maintenance workflows. Supervise facilities maintenance teams by providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting safety audits, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining a safe work environment. Develop and manage projects related to facilities management upgrades or repairs with a focus on project management principles. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance using Microsoft Office tools and facility management software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure facilities meet operational standards while managing budgets and resources effectively. Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management with a strong background in mechanical systems repair and electrical systems troubleshooting. Knowledge of HVAC systems repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical systems repair. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings; experience with CMMS software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards; ability to implement safety procedures effectively. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools for engineering troubleshooting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and project planning purposes. Ability to manage high voltage electrical systems safely; familiarity with managing facilities maintenance in diverse environments is preferred.

Pay:

$29.08 - $33.47 per hour
