$55-$58/hour OverviewWe are seeking an Electrical Liaison Engineer to support manufacturing and engineering teams by identifying and resolving electrical design issues during production. This role acts as the front-line support between manufacturing and design engineering, ensuring products are built for manufacturability, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities- Work directly with manufacturing to resolve electrical design and production issues
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and implement corrective actions on the production floor
- Review designs and ensure compliance with manufacturing capabilities (DFM)
- Support design reviews and provide feedback to engineering teams
- Document and communicate improvement opportunities to reduce rework and cost
- Analyze and support standardization and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve design integration
- Support root cause analysis and quality improvement efforts Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's in Engineering preferred
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and schematic reading skills
- Understanding of electrical systems, components, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with engineering drawings and design interpretation
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
