ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Core Responsibilities Design & Analysis:
Develop electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and load flow calculations for power distribution and control systems.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Create diagnostic testing methods to evaluate electrical components and troubleshoot system defects.
Project Management:
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, often writing specifications to solicit and oversee electrical contractors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers for integrated project delivery.
Compliance:
Enforce manufacturing and construction standards that align with local, state, and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skill Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB) and experience with grid modeling or circuit simulation.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-disciplinary communication
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Core Responsibilities Product Design:
Create mechanical and electromechanical components using computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling.
Research & Analysis:
Apply principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics to solve engineering challenges.
Prototyping & Testing:
Build and evaluate test models to analyze durability, performance, and reliability under real-world conditions.
Manufacturing Oversight:
Optimize fabrication and assembly methods, ensuring products can be built efficiently and safely.
Documentation:
Prepare technical reports, user manuals, and project budgets for various stakeholders.
Key Skills & Requirement Technical:
Proficiency in CAD and simulation software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, or Revit).
Analytical:
Advanced problem-solving skills and a strong foundation in calculus, statistics, and physics.
Soft Skills:
Excellent teamwork and communication, as they frequently collaborate with architects, software developers, and production teams.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is typically required.
