Job Description
Kiewit Engineering Group Inc, has a position in Lenexa, KS. Sr. Commissioning & Start Up (CSU) Engineer - DUTIES - Development of commissioning documents required for the project {but not limited to, e.g. Electrical Energization plan, Electrical Testing Scope of Work, commissioning check sheets. Develop systemization of electrical systems for various Projects. Provide input to bid proposals based on Electrical activities required for the project. Conduct technical bid reviews of Contractor's quotation to ensure it aligns with the Commissioning requirements for the project. Witness Factory Approved Test for various electrical equipment including reviewing the vendor reports. Assist with supervision of Construction Contractor for Electrical Scope and understanding of electrical engineering needs at the site. Report on Progress on Commissioning Activities. Periodically visit sites to assist and address any electrical concerns raised by the site manager or a client. Travel to unanticipated worksites and may work anywhere in the

US. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field and 10 years of experience. Also, 5 years of experience stated herein to involve: (1) development of commissioning documents required for the project but not limited to, e.g. Electrical Energization plan, Electrical Testing Scope of Work, commissioning check sheets; (2) develop systemization of electrical systems for various Projects; (3) provide input to bid proposals based on Electrical activities required for the project; (4) assist with supervision of Construction Contractor for Electrical Scope and understanding of electrical engineering needs at the site; report on Progress on Commissioning Activities; (5) periodically visit sites to assist and address any electrical concerns raised by the site manager or a client. Additionally, 4 years of experience stated herein to involve: (a) conduct technical bid reviews of Contractor's quotation to ensure it aligns with the Commissioning requirements for the project; (b) witness Factory Approved Test for various electrical equipment including reviewing the vendor reports.
