- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
- Revit experience preferred. Qualifications What we expect… (Essential Functions)
- Design interior lighting, exterior lighting, power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, telecommunications, and security systems.
- Document calculations reflecting design compliance with code and client-specific design requirements.
- Perform quality control reviews of documents including plans, specifications, and design calculations.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure that the project schedule is met and that complete documents are provided for each submission.
- Review contractor RFIs, shop drawings, and product submittals.
