Job Description
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Controls Engineer to join their team. As a Controls Engineer , you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$50/hr Assignment duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension What's the Job? Design, develop, program, and support PLC- and HMI-based control systems for stamping operations Apply and enforce GM Common Controls Standards (GCCS) across all project phases Support GM stamping press lines, including press controls, material handling, destackers, conveyors, and safety systems Participate in controls architecture development, I/O mapping, network design, and system documentation Commission and debug controls systems during offline testing, installation, launch, and production support What's Needed?
