Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer for an onsite opportunity in Bloomington, Minnesota. This senior engineering position leads the planning, design and development of tools, machines and accessory products for the HVAC/R market, supporting both new product introduction and improvements to existing designs.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Electrical Engineer provides technical leadership across complex product-development projects, bringing design concepts through production while supporting testing, manufacturing, vendors, engineering documentation and ongoing product improvement. This position leads projects involving multiple engineers, establishes project goals and milestones, mentors other engineers and serves as a subject-matter expert within their area. The role also includes supervisory responsibility for up to two direct reports.
COMPENSATION
Salary Range:
$90,000-$140,000

4-Day Work Week Monday-Thursday 10-Hour Days Work Hours Fall Between 6:00 AM And 6:00 PM Additional Hours May Be Required During Busier Times

Lead The Design Of Individual Tools And Machines And Serve As Lead On Selected Projects Lead Projects From Planning And Design Through Production Solutions Evaluate Project Progress And Results Own Project-Level Goals Involving Multiple Engineers Break Ambiguous Tasks Into Smaller Units And Establish Clear Milestones Provide Technical Leadership From Design Concept Through Production Develop Product Specifications For New Product Ideas Transform Initial Rough Product Designs Into Production-Ready Documents Support New Product Development And Stage-Gate Activities
