Responsibilities include:
Provide primary technical direction on complex PV solar, BESS, and substation projects Manage electrical, civil, mechanical, and structural Engineer of Record (EOR) scopes Lead and review power system studies, including short circuit, arc flash, load flow, voltage drop, harmonics, and protection coordination Work with third-party engineers, utilities, RTOs/ISOs, and Independent Engineers on permit drawings and interconnection submissions Maintain engineering standards and quality control procedures, ensuring designs meet
NEC, NESC, IEEE, NFPA
70E, and UL requirements Participate in equipment selection, technical vetting, RFP evaluations, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) for inverters, transformers, switchgear, and BESS equipment Travel to project sites as needed for field investigation, pre-construction surveys, and commissioning support (approx. 10%)
