Overview To build highly automated, long-endurance UAV platforms capable of operating in the most demanding environments to support defense, security, infrastructure monitoring, disaster response, and other critical missions. What you'll do Electrical Assembly & Integration Design, commission, and operate the cable/harness build cell and electronics assembly (ESD) cell for UAV production. Build and qualify harness boards, electrical assemblies, LRUs, and PCBAs to aerospace workmanship standards. Lead electrical integration activities for UAV systems, payloads, antennas, datalinks, and ground support equipment. Develop and maintain electrical test fixtures, programming jigs, RF test systems, and continuity/isolation testing equipment. Manufacturing & Process Development Translate and refine electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documentation into production-ready work instructions. Lead first article inspections (FAI) and qualification activities under AS9102 standards. Establish
