Full-Time Job Summary Seeking a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer with strong manufacturing and industrial automation experience to lead electrical engineering activities for equipment installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and modification. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering activities for manufacturing equipment installation, startup, and commissioning . Troubleshoot PLC, PC-based controls, machine controls, analog/digital I/O, and control systems . Develop and modify PLC/control software and industrial automation systems . Manage project plans, schedules, timelines, safety, and quality requirements. Work with system integrators, machine builders, technicians, maintenance teams, and contractors. Review and modify electrical drawings, schematics, machine specifications, and technical documentation . Evaluate equipment compatibility and redesign electrical components when required. Procure and expedite materials for equipment installations. Provide technical training to technicians and contractors. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of manufacturing or related engineering experience . Knowledge of electrical power systems up to 480VAC . Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and controls. Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. Strong communication, teamwork, and safety focus.
