In this role, you will be working as an Electrical Engineer for a client that works in the equipment manufacturing company. This position will be responsible for the electrical design of custom equipment from schematic through machine commissioning. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Pay; $100,000-$125,000/Yr. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (with an electrical focus) 5+ years of experience in an engineering role Solidworks Electrical experience preferred Design electrical schematics, panel layouts and system architecture for automation equipment Own regulatory compliance for machine electrical design - CE, UKCA and NFPA 79 Understanding of circuits and oversee testing Work with mechanical and software engineers on control system design using motion controllers, servo drives and custom automation components Design basic PCBs Experience with capital equipment is preferred Occasional travel for customer installations #VIS
