• Project Delivery What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing project timelines and deliverables across mechanical, electrical, and controls workstreams Coordinating design reviews and ensuring compliance with internal and external design standards Overseeing CAD documentation, design validation, and engineering change management Leading or contributing to prototype testing, field validation, and manufacturing transition activities Communicating technical requirements to manufacturing and field teams Supporting team members on day-to-day engineering challenges and design decisions Tracking project metrics and reporting progress to senior stakeholders What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 5-10 years of engineering project experience in mechanical, electrical, or controls disciplines 2-5 years leading or mentoring engineering teams Demonstrated proficiency in CAD software and design documentation standards Strong knowledge of testing protocols, design validation, and manufacturing processes Experience translating design specifications into field-ready products Fluency with Jira or similar project tracking tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience Authorization to work in the
United States Nice-to-have:
