Join a collaborative engineering team developing next-generation industrial control and test systems. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in hands-on, fast-paced environments and enjoy solving real-world industrial automation challenges. You'll play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of PC-based test platforms and control solutions that support innovation and reliability in industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom test systems and industrial control solutions Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to bring new control technologies to market Support full product lifecycle from concept through deployment, including hardware and software integration Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing control systems for performance and reliability Document system designs and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in PC-based software development for industrial or commercial control/test systems

Technical Skills:

Proficient with LabVIEW for test system development Strong experience in system-level design, integration, and testing Advanced PC operations and understanding of hardware/software interfacing

Preferred:

Microcontroller development using Assembly and/or C/C++

Preferred:

Familiarity with real-time data acquisition, sensor integration, and automated testing protocols

Certifications:

None required; relevant LabVIEW or NI certifications are a plus

Soft Skills:
