Job Description

Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems that enhance our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Design and implement control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes. Develop and maintain software for PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve control system issues. Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support and training to production staff on control systems. Document control system designs, modifications, and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in controls engineering. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in controls engineering or a similar role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or C/C++. Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in industrial environments.
