This Direct-Hire role offers full ownership of the electrical design process—from initial load calculations through stamped construction documents—while serving as a senior technical leader within the firm. You will report directly to the Electrical Engineering Department Manager and play a key role in solving complex design challenges, mentoring junior engineers, and influencing technical direction across major projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical system design for large industrial and commercial facilities
• Design low and medium voltage power distribution systems
• Specify advanced lighting and lighting control systems
• Coordinate electrical systems supporting mechanical and refrigeration equipment
• Collaborate within an integrated A/E environment from concept through construction administration
• Produce, review, and stamp complete construction documents
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 1st Shift | 8:00 AM

• 5:00 PM.

Compensation:

$135,000

• $145,000 + plus bonus incentives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
• 10+ years of electrical design experience in industrial or commercial buildings
• A/E consulting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to independently lead projects and deliver high-quality construction documents
