A leading engineering, design and manufacturing company is hiring an Electrical Controls Engineer to support their on-site operations. This role involves driving product development, process improvements, and electrical controls management within their facility. The position requires on-site presence and offers an engaging opportunity to lead technical upgrades and support for complex equipment.

Electrical Controls Engineer Responsibilities:

Lead the development and testing of electrical and control systems for new products and process improvements. Manage control system upgrades, process development, and documentation for equipment remanufacturing. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for field and customer issues, including on-site assistance. Interface with suppliers to ensure quality, timely material transitions, and ongoing supplier development. Document control system design, validation, and support activities to meet manufacturing and compliance standards.

Electrical Controls Engineer Qualifications:

BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with relevant experience. Proficiency in ladder logic programming and familiarity with RS Logix 500 & 5000. Strong understanding of electrical wiring diagrams, P&ID, and process diagrams. Experience with control systems such as Proface, PanelView, and PLC programming.
