Hazen and Sawyer is seeking an electrical engineer to join our team in the Concord, CA or San Francisco, CA.

Job Description:
Support the lead electrical engineer on multiple concurrent projects for water and wastewater facilities. Prepare project specifications Perform conductor sizing, conduit sizing, protective device sizing, lighting, and other electrical calculations Coordinate with civil, process-mechanical, structural, architectural, HVAC, and instrumentation disciplines Perform site visits as needed Perform electrical design work in AutoCAD and/or Revit as required by the project Perform electrical power system studies in SKM and/or ETAP as required by the project Review shop drawings and respond to request for information Support the lead electrical engineer to perform factory witness testing of electrical equipment as required by the project
Minimum Professional Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering 3-5 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial Electrical Engineering and Design; Prior experience in water/wastewater industry is desirable Familiarity with industrial power distribution system Experience in Microsoft Office products Experience with SKM or ETAP power system software is desirable Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit BIM software is desirable EIT certification is desirable #li-hybrid
