Perform electrical testing using oscilloscopes, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to validate circuit functionality and compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) and NFPA 70 standards. Manage project scheduling to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality; coordinate manufacturing processes including surface mount technology (SMT) assembly and soldering techniques. Develop firmware and scripting in languages like Python, C++, Perl, or MATLAB to enhance system capabilities and automate testing procedures. Ensure all electrical systems adhere to industry safety standards, mechanical integration requirements, and electrical building codes for industrial or manufacturing environments. Skills Extensive experience with FPGA programming, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and control system design. Proficiency in PCB design and electronics development using CAD tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, MicroStation, or SolidWorks Electrical Schematics. Strong background in signal processing, electronics troubleshooting, and system development verification methodologies. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including surface mount technology (SMT), soldering techniques, and vision inspection systems.
