Responsibilities:
Define and drive electrical architecture, design standards, and technical direction across multiple product programs Lead system-level design and integration of complex mixed-signal electrical systems Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineering teams toward strong design and execution practices Lead cross-functional technical efforts across electrical, software, and mechanical disciplines Evaluate and de-risk new technologies through feasibility analysis and experimental validation Drive resolution of complex system-level challenges across programs Drive engineering processes, development practices, and lifecycle management strategies Ensure designs meet relevant safety, regulatory, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field 12+ years of experience designing and delivering complex electrical systemsOther Attributes:
Demonstrated ability to define system architectures and influence design across multiple programs Strong technical leadership and mentorship experience Ability to solve highly complex, cross-disciplinary engineering challenges Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders across organizations Demonstrated ownership of system-level architectures or major subsystems Experience leading technical direction across teams or programs Strong foundation in analog, digital, and mixed-signal designPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with complex system architectures (mixed-signal, RF, or power systems) Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices) Experience with programmable logic or digital hardware design (FPGA/ASIC/HDL) Experience defining technical standards or architecture across teams or programs Familiarity with product lifecycle processes and development tools This position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship.
