Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electrical system issues and implement corrective design improvements
- Design electrical components including circuit boards, wiring assemblies, and power distribution systems
- Test and validate electrical systems to ensure full compliance with specifications and performance standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to turn project requirements into practical, code aligned electrical solutions
- Develop manufacturing processes that meet global engineering codes, standards, and quality expectations
- Research emerging electrical technologies and recommend system upgrades or new approaches
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and maintenance or inspection activities to ensure reliability and on time completion
- Ensure all electrical work meets required safety regulations, industry standards, and documentation expectations

Skills:
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles with proven hands-on design and testing experience
- Experience with motor control systems, power supply design, microcontroller integration, and circuit development
- Skilled in PCB layout, schematic creation, and interpreting technical drawings and performance requirements
- Proficient with CAD, EPLAN, Met LAB, and electrical simulation tools for modeling and system development
- Advanced analytical and mathematical abilities for troubleshooting and system optimization
- Effective communicator with clear technical writing and cross team collaboration skills
- Able to work independently or within a team while managing priorities and deadlines
- Detail driven, organized, and committed to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- 8+ years in an electrical or electronics design role; must be a current practitioner

On-site Rate:
