Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems Develop electrical control schematics, panel layouts, and I/O documentation Specify and configure automation hardware (PLCs, drives, sensors, safety devices) Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and systems Diagnose and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime Collaborate with mechanical, process, and quality engineers on system integration Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with applicable codes (NFPA, UL, OSHA, etc.) Modify and improve existing control systems to enhance performance and reliability Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Waukesha, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
