Senior Kitchen & Cabinet Designer

Cabinet IQ of Milwaukee is seeking an experienced, client-focused Kitchen & Cabinet Designer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a talented designer and sales professional to work on beautiful kitchen, bath, and whole-home cabinetry projects in a brand-new premium boutique showroom environment. Supported by qualified leads, modern systems, and a proven process, you'll help clients bring their vision to life while delivering a true 5-star experience. This role combines design expertise, attention to detail, technology fluency, and consultative sales skills — ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, relationship-driven environment. We offer a $50K base salary plus commission opportunities designed for total compensation over $100K. This is NOT a big box retailer environment or low quality product portfolio.
