Electrical Maintenance Engineer Posted on August 15, 2025 August 15, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee, maintain, and improve the electrical systems that power critical operations. This role will ensure equipment reliability, implement preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining optimal operational performance. Position Responsibilities Electrical System Maintenance Conduct regular inspections and servicing of electrical systems and equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues promptly to reduce downtime Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment Use predictive tools and techniques to identify potential failures before they occur Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Project Support & Improvements Assist in planning and executing electrical upgrades or new installations Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance Recommend cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency and reliability Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial environment Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety practices, and troubleshooting methods Proficiency with electrical testing tools, PLC systems, and control circuits Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Professional Engineer (PE) License Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) OSHA Electrical Safety Certification PLC Programming Certification What the Role Offers Salary range: $105,000 - $131,000 Opportunity to work on high-impact, mission-critical electrical systems Professional development and career advancement opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans Collaborative and safety-focused work environment Why Green River?
