Job Description
- P2S•stands as a provider of professional engineering services to a broad range of markets, including higher education, healthcare, ports/harbors, industrial, entertainment, commercial, laboratories, municipal, and federal sectors.

Intern Location:
Long Beach, CA, Irvine, CA, San Diego, CA, and Seattle, WA- Internship Program
- The internship program aims to offer a positive work/training experience aligned with career goals and education level.
- Schedule
- The Summer Internship lasts 10-12 weeks, starting in June and ending in August - September, depending on the candidate's availability.
- Responsibilities
Project Support:
- Assist the engineering team in the execution of ongoing projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to contribute to project development.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Design and Prototyping:
- Contribute to the design process by creating and modifying engineering drawings.
- Participate in prototyping activities to test and validate design concepts.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Assist in conducting tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of engineering solutions.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to identify and address potential issues.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Generate reports and summaries to communicate project progress.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Participate in team meetings, providing valuable insights and feedback.
Learning and Development:
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Seek opportunities for continuous learning and development within the engineering field.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Electrical Engineering.
- Training in Revit and/or AutoCAD is a plus
- FE/EIT is a plus
- Trained to utilize CAD/BIM standards
- Ability to work effectively in a highly energetic and multiple-engagement environment, dedication to teamwork, a strong work initiative, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas; detail-oriented
