•The Engineering Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to HEDSouth's Engineering team, managing staff workload and scheduling to keep deliverables on track.

You Are:

Your Schedule:

Full Time (40hrs/Wk) Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

Workload Management:

Coordinate engineering staff assignments and deliverable schedules

Tasks:

Create/track tasks and flag scheduling conflicts

Cross-Team Coordination:

Link between

Engineering and Sales, PM, Procurement, Installation, Programming, and Service Documentation:

Process and distribute drawings, equipment lists, specs, and project docs

Reporting:

Generate weekly engineering status/schedule reports
