Bachelors Responsibilities General Ledger:

Prepare and post journal entries while performing ledger and cash account reconciliations in strict alignment with GAAP.

Close Support:

Support the complete month-end and year-end cycle, including the management of accruals, adjustments, and variance analysis.

AP/AR:

Monitor high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions and maintain precise inventory records.

Financial Reports:

Collaborate on the preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for executive review.

Audit & Tax Compliance:

Coordinate documentation for external auditors and manage state and federal tax obligations, including sales tax filings.
