  • Direct Hire Opportunity All shifts available 2nd 3:30p
  • 12a 3rd 11:30p-8a $24
  • 28 /hour pay
  • 10 shift diff for 2nd and 3rd The Engineering Technician will optimize test processes, support new product introductions, and maintain testing equipment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Support production in resolving process and equipment issues Perform daily preventive maintenance of SMT equipment Work with Field Service Support to resolve equipment issues and perform upgrades Fabricate and maintain manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and other tooling Compile and analyze statistical data for critical equipment process and machine health Create profile boards, profiles, and set up profile parameters for wave soldering and re-flow ovens Perform machine calibrations and diagnostics Maintain PM software system, parts inventory, and order parts o Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associates degree in a technical field preferred 1 year experience in a related field required Experience with SMT equipment preferred Physical requirements: Ability to lift/carry 25-50lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours. Pay Details:
$24.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
