Job Description

Service Engineer (Electromechanical Service Technician) Job Description Pay up to 40.00 hr Provide accurate and timely phone support. Set up, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on machines in-house or at customer sites. Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor and attach it to CRM for in-house work or work at customer sites in a timely manner. Maintain customer and unit history on the CRM database. Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc., must be entered into the CRM database clearly and concisely. Maintain a neat and organized environment at a desk, in-house work areas, and at customer sites. Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when equipment is needed. Qualifications Certificate in electronics or related experience Minimum of 3 years experience with skills in training, installing and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor-controlled equipment Requirements Bilingual (Spanish), preferred MS-Office General personal computer knowledge, ERP experience Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings Good oral and written communication skills Strong mechanical aptitude Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States Demonstrate high level of attention to detail when inspecting, trouble shooting and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete Good manual dexterity Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to lift to 50 pounds Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, bending Frequent travel - 60 - 75% (Most travel consists of overnight stays) Valid Passport Customer service experience preferred •Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
