CK Power is looking for a Generator/Engine Product Support Specialist at our St. Louis, MO location. The Generator/Engine Product Support Specialist is the go-to person for customer needs. You'll provide excellent customer service through product knowledge and prompt and professional resolution of engine, generator, and industrial equipment service issues. You'll be on-call and available for travel when needed to meet customer needs.

What You'll Do:

Act as point-person for customer questions, concerns, and issues. Use the skills you've acquired to resolve a wide range of customer needs. Build relationships and coordinate with team members, dealers, and vendors to find solutions. Be on-call for customer service needs. Expect to travel to customer sites throughout the country and internationally as much as 30% of the time. Provide creative and proactive solutions. You'll train customers and stakeholders on product updates, installation, maintenance, and repair. What You'll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of diesel, power generation, and industrial systems technician experience. Commitment to customer service and problem-solving. Computer knowledge. Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work requirements. Results-driven attitude. Resourcefulness and ability to work with limited supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. Project management skills. Ability to travel at short notice and be on-call. Willingness and ability to be trained.

What Helps:
