About the Role As a Field Equipment Technician, you will be the primary technical expert responsible for the successful deployment, maintenance, and optimization of complex systems at various client locations. You will leverage your mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure high-performance outcomes while providing critical support to our partners in the field. Responsibilities Execute the end-to-end installation and configuration of technical systems to meet rigorous performance standards. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity. Perform comprehensive system validation and testing to guarantee that all equipment meets quality benchmarks upon completion. Maintain precise service records and technical documentation to track project progress and asset health. Manage on-site inventory and specialized tooling to ensure seamless project execution. Deliver professional on-site guidance and operational training to clients to maximize system utility. Proactively identify and communicate potential technical risks to project leadership to maintain project timelines. Qualifications Required Skills 2+ years of professional experience in field service, equipment installation, or technical maintenance. Advanced proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, changing environments. Commitment to following safety protocols and standardized operating procedures. Ability to travel extensively to support diverse project sites. Preferred Skills Experience with complex system integration or industrial automation. Strong background in technical documentation and reporting software. Proven track record of managing client relationships in a field-based capacity.
