The Successful Applicant A successful Electrical Design Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of electrical engineering experience; 8+ years preferred Experience with analog and digital circuit design Strong PCB design and prototyping experience Background in custom circuit design Experience performing failure analysis and troubleshooting Thermal design experience Hands-on product development and manufacturing experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with a problem-solving and root cause analysis mindset Experience with three-phase power systems up to 400V is a plus Experience with lamp ballasts, UV lamps, or Xenon arc lamp technology is a plus What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 USD.
