You'll supervise crews, perform inspections, conduct testing, and communicate with customers at every stage of the process. In this role, you will be the go-to expert ensuring safety, quality, and precision in every task, whether you're in the field repairing, installing, or troubleshooting complex generator systems. Your work will directly support global customers, helping drive innovation and reliability in energy production! How You'll Make anImpact Lead and guide teams of field service engineers,technicians, and craft labor at customer sites, ensuring smoothinstallation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of generators. Perform specialized electrical and mechanical testing

• both low and high voltage
• to diagnose issues and ensure optimalfunctioning.

Coordinate and manage project staffing to align withsite requirements, timelines, and safety standards. Share deep generator and interface expertise withmanagement teams, customers, and suppliers to support decision-making andtechnical excellence. Guarantee that all work follows approved processes,maintaining top-tier safety and quality standards. Deliver clear, detailed reports with conditions,repairs, and recommendations for customer equipment. What You Bring Bachelor's degree inengineering or a related field. At least 2+ years' experience infield service OR a combination of experience and transferable skills andaccomplishments. Must be willing to travel forextended periods of time. (Typical travel is 200-250 days per year for anywherefrom 2-15 weeks at a time; While deployed, expect extended working hours of upto 12-14 hours per day including weekends/holidays, 6

ascend/descend ladders toexamine equipment, position yourself to examine equipment including in confinedspaces, move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, work in outdoor weatherconditions, walk long distances and share cramped office trailer with otheremployees.
