Buro Happold is seeking a motivated and collaborative Acoustics Intern to join our team and contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions.
As an Acoustics Intern, you will work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to impactful projects that shape communities, advance sustainability, and support the global effort to address climate change.

We have unique in-house approaches, such as software tools that allow us to prototype venues in real time. Using this, we can change the layout, volume, shape and configuration of a performance space to show - instantly - the impact on acoustic performance. Your key duties Work on projects of many different types in locations around the worldCreate acoustic models for different types of spacesPerform acoustic measurements and tests in the fieldParticipate in design workshopsPrepare technical documents with design informationExperience firsthand how acoustic engineers approach and work on projectsBe part of a firm that values innovation and sustainability.
