This role involves both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, requiring a solid understanding of mechanical systems, CNC controls, and electro-mechanical assemblies. Diagnose and repair CNC machines Troubleshoot and repair automatic tool changers, pallet systems, spindles, and turret mechanisms. Perform ball screw and axis support bearing replacements and alignments. Repair and align hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems, including CNC controls and electro-mechanical assemblies. Read and follow ladder and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues. Utilize tools such as digital multimeters, ohmmeters, and phase checkers for troubleshooting. Repair CNC controls, including Fanuc systems, and perform programming as needed. Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC field service and knowledge of Fanuc controls. CNC programming experience is a plus. #CNX200
