- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- 7+ years of AFSIM (Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling) modeling & simulation experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in STEM and 3+ years' of AFSIM modeling & simulation
- Experience developing and analyzing simulation scenarios
- Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar programming languages
- Experience with statistical analysis, Monte Carlo methods, and Design of Experiments (DoE)
- Knowledge of military systems such as radar, missile, electronic warfare, air defense, or C2 systems
- Experience creating data visualizations, dashboards, scripting, and analytical reports Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience developing custom AFSIM scripts
- Experience analyzing large simulation datasets and identifying key trends
