. Analyze building performance and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency. Support energy code compliance modeling and performance-based compliance pathways. Assist project teams during design by evaluating HVAC systems, building envelope, lighting, and operational assumptions. Generate reports and documentation for clients and internal project teams. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate modeling assumptions. Manage assigned project deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy. Plus. Understanding of commercial HVAC systems and building mechanical design. Familiarity with building energy codes (IECC, ASHRAE 90.1, or similar). Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple project deadlines.
