Job Description

Our client, a growing and established energy management company, is seeking an Energy Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and helping businesses optimize costs. Responsibilities Analyze utility data and rate structures to identify savings opportunities Develop and maintain Excel-based models and reports Assist with utility audits and billing reviews Research and evaluate utility rate options and program opportunities Identify anomalies and trends within energy usage data Prepare findings and recommendations based on data analysis Support ongoing client projects and special initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment Preferred Experience with SQL, Salesforce, or Microsoft Access Exposure to utility, energy, or billing analysis What Our Client Offers Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities Hybrid work environment Comprehensive benefits package Employee ownership program Generous PTO and paid holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Collaborative and team-focused culture If you are a data-driven professional looking to grow your career in a stable and expanding industry, we encourage you to apply.
