Deep knowledge of the full engineering lifecycle, encompassing validation, testing, and production preparation. Demonstrated success in balancing competing priorities while managing risks, schedules, and project dependencies. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively manage stakeholders. Desired Qualifications Background in electro-mechanical products, renewable energy, industrial equipment, or battery systems. Hands-on experience with manufacturing ramps, engineering builds, design validation, or New Product Introduction (NPI). Certification in PMP or practical experience with Agile methodologies.
