In this role, you'll oversee the successful execution of electrical projects—from coordination through completion—ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. Learn more at www.bardenelectric.com Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee multiple small to medium projects, or one large project, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Supervise and support field staff and Foremen in daily project administration. Maintain strong relationships with General Contractor Superintendents and office teams. Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution. Ensure all BEI safety procedures and relevant electrical codes are followed. Track project progress through regular reports and maintain all required documentation and logs. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication, reliable service delivery, and long-term partnerships. Coordinate effectively with site coordinators, clients, and subcontractors. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (field and/or office experience welcomed). High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Proven experience managing commercial/industrial electrical projects. Ability to lead and mentor field teams while communicating effectively with clients. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently under pressure. Experience working in hospital environments with familiarity in inspections and compliance requirements from governing and regulatory bodies overseeing hospitals. OSHPD/HCAi experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong general skills in the Electrical field are encouraged to apply, as training can be provided as needed.
