5+ years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to support hardware development initiatives and drive cross-functional projects to completion. This individual will be responsible for managing RCO (Request for Change Order) activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet established service-level expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hardware development program/project management , excellent cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to drive action across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Drive the cross-functional burn-down and resolution of all non-software/firmware RCOs requiring internal approval. Manage and drive completion of RCOs requiring customer approval. Monitor RCO activity and ensure compliance with established SLA requirements. Establish and lead cross-functional task forces to resolve project issues and remove roadblocks. Coordinate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on time. Track project status, priorities, risks, and outstanding action items. Provide clear project updates and communicate escalations to key stakeholders. Develop and maintain project trackers, reports, presentations, and other documentation. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within hardware development . Strong understanding of hardware development and engineering project lifecycles. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to establish and lead cross-functional task forces. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment. Position Details This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based in Fremont, CA . The position requires working on-site five days per week .
