What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll serve as a key technical and client-facing leader responsible for successfully guiding land development projects from concept through construction. Identify project design criteria and develop effective, practical engineering designs. Lead the planning and execution of land development projects from entitlements through construction support . Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships. Lead and coordinate plan processing with municipalities and other public agencies. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering staff. Help manage project workflow, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track. Participate in marketing, business development, lead generation, and pursuit of new opportunities . Collaborate with internal teams, clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders to successfully deliver projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited four-year college or university. 10+ years of civil engineering design experience , preferably within land development. 3+ years of experience in a project leadership role , serving as a central design resource, mentor, and leader responsible for project workflow. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects from entitlements through construction support . Strong technical design and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively with public agencies.
