Job Description
Job Description This individual will support a hyperscale data center technology initiative focused on developing and implementing grid and load simulation capabilities for cutting-edge data center infrastructure. Working closely with electrical engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and multiple external vendors, they will help define technical requirements, evaluate simulation and emulation solutions, coordinate vendor deliverables, and ensure solutions are delivered according to program requirements. The TPM will facilitate cross-functional discussions, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and drive alignment across teams as simulation capabilities are assessed and deployed across multiple data center power configurations. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent proven electrical engineering background
- Strong electrical engineering background, preferably within power systems, critical facilities, utility infrastructure, or data centers
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role leading complex technical initiatives
- Deep understanding of electrical distribution systems, electrical simulation platforms, and emulation hardware, including system configuration and deployment
- Experience working with multiple vendors and managing technical deliverables against defined requirements
- Ability to bridge technical engineering discussions with project execution and stakeholder management
- Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Data center or mission-critical facility experience
- Experience supporting grid simulation, load modeling, power system analysis, or emulation initiatives
- Background working with simulation, digital twin, or infrastructure planning solutions
- Experience supporting hyperscale infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with utility-scale power systems and electrical infrastructure planning
