An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Job Description
Your Mission:
In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities during the program lifecycle and will be part of the team that navigates the program through detail design, build, deployments, and system decommissions. You will function as a lead to facilitate the implementation of the cutover and deployment requirements for the enterprise S4 HANA system and MES system deployment, and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a solid, comprehensive plan and vision for implementing a holistic deployment strategy. You will also be responsible for the following:- Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
- Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
- Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases.

- Familiarity with MES or SAP
- Familiarity with road-mappings
- Experience creating executive level presentations
- Experience with driving projects to completion
- Effective communications skills (verbal and written)
- Strong business analyst skills and people skills
- Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders concurrently
- Experience leading teams in a virtual environment
