The 1LMX ERP/MES Deployment team is hiring a Senior Staff Project Engineer to support 1LMX Cutover & Deployment.

Your Mission:

In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities during the program lifecycle and will be part of the team that navigates the program through detail design, build, deployments, and system decommissions. You will function as a lead to facilitate the implementation of the cutover and deployment requirements for the enterprise S4 HANA system and MES system deployment, and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a solid, comprehensive plan and vision for implementing a holistic deployment strategy. You will also be responsible for the following:

• Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
• Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
• Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases.

Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. The ideal candidate for this role not only has the technical knowledge and background, but who is also a motivated, energetic self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and who has demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and geographical locations and to influence others.

• Experience leading teams in a virtual environment
