location: Aurora, Colorado job type: Permanent salary: $115,000 - 140,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Define, deploy, and maintain engineering design and operational standards across all manufacturing facilities within your assigned technology family.

Manage cross-site technology projects from planning to execution, ensuring they deliver on time and within budget.

Turn reliability data into site learnings (Knowledge Transfer Packages) and feed design improvements back to equipment manufacturers (OEMs).Coach local plant teams on new standards and Lean manufacturing principles to boost daily performance.

Partner with site, regional, and global leaders to ensure technology goals match business targets. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.strong background in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment with multi-site project exposure.

Knowledge of advanced analytical/problem solving tools; strong analytical skills to translate data into improvement actions.

Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, root-cause analysis, and data-driven problem solving.

Proven track record of managing project scope, schedules, and budgets.

Independent, proactive self-starter who can influence site and executive teams alike.

Willing and open to travel across plant sites.
