Manufacturing Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the engineering function for the design, development, customization, and continuous improvement of linear motion products and engineered assemblies. This role oversees engineering documentation, product design, project execution, technical support, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through production. Oversee the design, development, modification, and improvement of linear motion products, assemblies, and systems. Establish engineering priorities and allocate resources to support business objectives. Develop and maintain engineering standards, processes, and best practices. Education Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline required Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus. Experience 5-10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, automation, motion control, or linear motion systems. Minimum 3 years of engineering leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience with custom machinery, engineered assemblies, and product development is highly desirable.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
