Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Vice President of Development to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex development projects across a luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use portfolio.
Core responsibilities include:
Building project budgets and cash flows, day-to-day project management, external and internal reporting Responsible for meetings with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
Project Management, Financial Management, Design & Construction Coordination, Stakeholder Communication Requirements:
5-9 years of real estate development background. You will support projects throughout the full lifecycle — from due diligence and entitlements through design, construction, and closeout — and must be able to project manage at a very high level, keeping multiple workstreams, consultants, and deadlines moving simultaneously. Ideal candidate will complement their development expertise with a background in architecture, construction, and/or business.
